How to cancel your subscription depends on how you purchased it.
⚠️ Important: If you have multiple accounts (Google, LINE, Apple), please sign in with the account you used to subscribe before cancelling.
① If you purchased via the app (App Store)
1. Tap Account in the top right of the app
2. Select Subscription
3. Tap Check plan details
4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen
5. Tap Manage subscription
6. Select Cancel
② If you purchased on the web (Credit Card / Stripe)
You can cancel by logging in with the account you used at the time of purchase from the subscription management page below:

If you see "Free Plan", you may be signed in with a different method (Google, LINE, Apple). Try signing out and using another method.
③ If you have not subscribed yet
No charges will occur, so you can simply delete the app.

You may have created multiple accounts using different sign-in methods (Google, LINE, Apple). Your subscription is only visible on the account you used during registration.
Please try the following steps:
1. Check your current sign-in method in the user menu (top right)
2. Sign out and try signing in with a different method (Google, LINE, Apple)
3. Check the subscription management page

DRAWER offers the following plans:

Basic journaling features are available.
[Premium Plan]
We offer monthly and annual plans. The annual plan is more cost-effective than the monthly plan.
Premium plan includes unlimited access to:
- AI text correction & translation
- Text-to-speech
- Unlimited word & phrase storage
- All other AI features
A free trial period is included with your first subscription, allowing you to try all features. If you cancel during the free trial, no charges will apply.
Please check the app or plans page for current pricing.

You can check your current subscription status as follows:

1. Tap Account in the top right
2. Select Subscription
3. Your current plan and expiration date will be displayed
[On the Web]
Access the subscription management page to check.
If it shows "Premium", your premium plan is active. If it shows "Free Plan", you are on the free plan or may be signed in with a different account.

The steps to change your payment method depend on how you originally purchased:
[If purchased on the web (Stripe)]
Access the Stripe billing portal via the "Manage Subscription" button on the subscription management page to change your payment method.
[If purchased via the app (App Store)]
Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to change your payment method.

You can check your current sign-in method on the subscription management page.
If you see "Free Plan":
1. Sign out from the user menu (top right)
2. Sign in with a different method (Google, LINE, Apple)
3. Check the subscription management page again
Tip: Try to remember which email address you used when subscribing.

We currently do not offer account merging functionality.
If you can't find your subscription or would like to merge accounts, please contact support at support@toricoinc.com.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Email addresses for each account
- User IDs for each account (found on Subscription Management page)
- Sign-in methods used (Google, LINE, Apple)

Using different sign-in methods on web and app creates separate accounts.
Recommended solution:
1. Choose one account as your main account
2. Note which sign-in method you used for that account
3. Use the same sign-in method on both web and app
If you've already subscribed on both accounts, please contact support at support@toricoinc.com.

If you can't log in, please try the following:
1. Check your sign-in method
Make sure you're using the same sign-in method (Google, LINE, Apple) you used when registering.
2. Reset your password
For Google accounts, you can reset your password from Google's password reset page.
3. Common errors and solutions
- "Account not found" - Try a different sign-in method
- "Incorrect password" - Reset your password
- "Network error" - Check your internet connection

You can delete your account by following these steps:
1. Tap Account in the top right of the app
2. Select Account Management
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm by selecting Delete
⚠️ Important notes:
- Deleting your account will permanently remove all data (journals, vocabulary, learning history, etc.)
- Data cannot be recovered after deletion
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account
We recommend saving any important data before deletion.

- Your current email address

Steps to create a journal entry:
1. Tap the "+" button on the home screen
2. Enter a title and content
3. After writing, you can use these features:
- AI Correction: Grammar check and native-like rewriting
- Translation: Japanese-English translation
- Vocabulary: Add words and phrases to your vocabulary deck
- Text-to-Speech: Listen to native pronunciation
- Ask AI: Ask questions about grammar and expressions
Tip: AI can also suggest topics automatically, so use this feature if you're stuck on what to write about.

AI correction has two modes:
[Grammar Only mode]
Corrects only grammar mistakes. Recommended when you want to maintain your own expressions while fixing errors.
[Native-Like mode]
Rewrites to more natural native expressions. Recommended when you want to learn natural phrasing.
You can also choose tone settings:
- Positive: Encouraging feedback with praise
- Curious: Promotes awareness through questions
- Roast: Humorous, blunt feedback
Simply tap the correction button after writing your journal entry.

DRAWER's vocabulary feature lets you create your own vocabulary decks.
[Deck Types]
- My: Your personal vocabulary deck
- Shared: Decks shared with other users
[Adding Words]
1. Long-press a word in your journal to select it, then choose "Add to vocabulary" from the menu
2. Manually add from the vocabulary screen
[Word Card Information]
Each word card automatically generates:
- Meaning & part of speech
- Example sentences
- Collocations
- Related vocabulary
[Learning Status]
You can track learning progress for each word, distinguishing between mastered and needs-review words.

Native Clip is a feature that lets you practice listening and speaking using videos from native speakers.
[How to use]
1. Select a word from your vocabulary deck
2. Tap "Native Clip"
3. Videos featuring native speakers using that word will be shown
[Benefits]
- Learn actual native pronunciation and intonation
- Understand the context in which words are used
- Improve listening and speaking skills simultaneously

You can easily look up words and phrases in your journal by selecting text.
[Steps]
1. Long-press a word or phrase in your journal to select it
2. Choose "Look up" or "Add to vocabulary" from the menu
3. The word's meaning, examples, and related information will be displayed
You can also add it directly to your vocabulary deck, so save any expressions that interest you.

To display topics in Japanese, change your level setting to "Beginner".
[Steps]
1. Tap Account in the top right of the app
2. Select Level setting
3. Choose "Beginner"
When Beginner level is selected, topics will be displayed in Japanese.
Note: Topics are displayed in English for Intermediate and above levels.
Technical

If you're having trouble with text input, please try the following:
1. Restart the app
2. Update the app to the latest version
3. Restart your device
4. Check your device's storage space (low storage may affect performance)
Note: Make sure you're typing in the content field, not the title field.

To use voice input, you need to grant microphone and speech recognition permissions.
[iPhone Settings]
1. Open iPhone Settings
2. Scroll down and select "DRAWER"
3. Turn on "Microphone"
4. Turn on "Speech Recognition"
After changing settings, restart the app and try voice input again.

There are no charges for downloading the app. Basic features are available for free.
A subscription is only required if you want to use premium features.
