How do I cancel my subscription?

How to cancel your subscription depends on how you purchased it.
⚠️ Important: If you have multiple accounts (Google, LINE, Apple), please sign in with the account you used to subscribe before cancelling.
① If you purchased via the app (App Store)
1. Tap **Account** in the top right of the app
2. Select **Subscription**
3. Tap **Check plan details**
4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen
5. Tap **Manage subscription**
6. Select **Cancel**
② If you purchased on the web (Credit Card / Stripe)
You can cancel by logging in with the account you used at the time of purchase from the subscription management page below:

※ If you see "Free Plan", you may be signed in with a different method (Google, LINE, Apple). Try signing out and using another method.
③ If you have not subscribed yet
No charges will occur, so you can simply delete the app.

I can't find my subscription. Did I already cancel?
A
You may have created multiple accounts using different sign-in methods (Google, LINE, Apple). Your subscription is only visible on the account you used during registration.
Please try the following steps:
1. Check your current sign-in method in the user menu (top right)
2. Sign out and try signing in with a different method (Google, LINE, Apple)
3. Check the subscription management page
